Face to face running form coaching or ‘Running buddy’ sessions, where I will run with you, provide all the encouragement, motivation, education and support you need to achieve your running goals, which could be to run your first mile or to get a personal best in a marathon. I can also write personalised running training plans to help you improve or achieve your race targets.
Strength training is an important part of the health and fitness jigsaw. It can include bodyweight, resistance bands, or weighted exercises. It builds lean muscle which can increase strength and reduce the chances of injury. You can build lean muscle without ‘bulking-up’, unless that is what you want to do.
By eating a mixture of natural whole foods you can achieve improved health together with sustainable weight loss without feeling deprived; whilst achieving the right balance between what and how much you eat. I cannot provide you with specific meal plans but can give you advice on how to eat better.
Whether your goal is weight-loss, becoming fitter or improving your general well-being, everything else in life becomes easier, whether running for a bus, climbing a set of stairs or playing with your children. In turn you will increase your self-esteem and have more confidence in what you can achieve.

Whatever your goals are, my aim is to offer you the highest level of service to give you the best results. Many people I train have tried gym based programmes before which haven’t worked for them. They find them intimidating, inconvenient and demotivating. Exercising from home is a great alternative. You don’t have to travel, you’re in an environment you feel comfortable in which means you can exercise more effectively. For some, indoor programmes are ideal, privacy increases comfort and confidence. It’s as convenient as you could wish for and exercising in all weathers isn’t for everyone! However, exercising outside in the fresh air really appeals to lots of my clients, so using a local park for sessions is a great option. Whether you choose to exercise indoors or outdoors, or a combination of both, I’ll travel to you and bring the equipment we’ll need. Everything is taken care of, so there can be no more excuses!

I am a qualified Running Coach and Personal Trainer in Leicester and based in Wigston. However, I also have the right equipment to be able to create fun and effective workouts at a location convenient for you. That may be at your home, a local park or your place of work. I have trained people in various locations around Leicestershire and it all depends where you feel most comfortable.
